THISS Studio provided the bold creative direction for Kiko Kostadinov’s first London flagship, translating a highly conceptual vision into a progressive, luxury retail environment. Located in Haggerston, the space serves as a physical manifestation of the label's brand identity, bridging the gap between architecture and high-fashion performance.

Driven by clear conceptual intent, we transformed an immersive installation language into a refined spatial experience. A continuous, deep maroon carpet wraps both the floors and walls, punctuated by carved recesses that serve as sculptural display niches. Suspended chrome garment rails and illuminated PVC curtains mediate the existing structure, creating glowing thresholds and an atmosphere of elegant intensity.

Situated directly beneath the brand’s working studio, the flagship draws visitors in through a saturated red arrival tunnel, with a small gallery space. The result is a highly specific, adaptable environment, elevating the standard retail model into a conceptually strong space designed for exhibitions, events, and a definitive global presence.
